• You should be able to provide a formally grounded interaction design solution for a problem.
• You should able to independently work on the projects.
• Thorough knowledge of UX process and practices is must.

Skills

Should have NID, IDC, Symbiosis Institute of Design , HFI, BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts) certifications or Formal training in visual arts or communication design etc.
Good grounding in the fundamentals of user experience design, and ability to adapt this knowledge to new cases.
