• Experience in localization workflow and the challenges of designing for a global audience
• Experience with product thinking through navigation, user flows, interaction design and information architecture
• Experience designing for large enterprise web sites or applications, especially consumer-facing and transaction-focused interface
• Experience with web standards and design methodologies, and while not are quirement, experience hand-coding HTML/CSS and JS
