Job Description

• Work with the Product team to develop UX and Ui for new and existing product modules
• Conduct user reviews and research before and after building user experience both for web, IOS and Android App
• Develop the design book for consistency across all platforms
• Drive the user experience in alignment of the business goals
• Align with company's CEO on user journeys being built across the app modules
• Allign with Tech and Product Head on translating the business goals into user journey and further to product modules and tech requirements
• Manage strict turn-around-time for each project given by company CEO and Product Head
• Engage all the critical stakeholders - UI team and the Front End team while finalizing the design for new and existing modules

Skills

• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams

Job Description

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand the problems and goals of the target audience.
• Create user personas, user journeys, user flows, and wireframes to communicate the design concepts.
• Develop interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate and iterate the design solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand guidelines and best practices.
• Present and document the design deliverables and rationale to the stakeholders and internal teams.
• Frequently explain internal and external stakeholders the design process.
• Work with deadlines, in a changing environment and across different time-zones.
• Estimate and plan the work and time needed for deliverables accurately.
• Open to repeated reviews, feedback, and co-creation workflows with internal & external stakeholders.
• Handle changing stakeholder requirements - High levels of persistence and self-drive.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, to express complex and technical matters.
• Serious and careful UI testing leading to meticulous reporting and tracking of bugs/changes.
• Communicate well with cross functional teams like functional and Dev teams for smooth handovers.
• Work with other teams within an agile delivery framework.

• Very solid knowledge of design basics. - Form, color, balance, harmony etc.
• Very solid practical knowledge of the design steps and outputs at each stage - system-maps, mind-maps, personas, journey-maps, wireframes, style guides, VD assets, Spec docs etc.
• Up to date with the latest UX/UI design trends, frameworks, libraries and guidelines across web, iOS, Android, windows etc.
• A balanced interest in technology and aesthetics.
• Experience with using Design Thinking tools.
