Job Description

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the app remains modern and innovative.

Skills

• Immediate joiner.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Experience with user research and usability testing tools like UserTesting, Lookback, and Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of wireframing, user flow design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design methodologies such as User-Centered Design (UCD), Agile Methodology, and Design Thinking.
• Experience with collaboration and handoff tools like Zeplin, Abstract, and Sympli to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient handoff to developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
