Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who will help shape our UX process and culture. You will have an opportunity to optimize and improve the experience.

• Take ownership of user experience and interface for all product initiatives
• Build and promote our brand and improve user experience
• Be responsible for implementation of interface and user interaction layouts and graphics for the web, tablet, and mobile.
• Create mockups, storyboards, wireframes, interaction flows and copy for the delivery teams
• Continuously refine the user experience of new and existing applications
• Conduct usability testing to determine products are meeting the target business and usability objectives
• Work closely with front-end engineering team and other teams to insure quality and consistency across the product line
• Consult and collaborate design deliverables with UI developers, product owner, project management, technical leads, marketing and other staff members.
• Analyze and document existing website content structure, page templates, and interfaces. Understand user needs through usability studies, focus groups, and web analytics analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design, graphic design, art design, or other related disciplines
• Fantastic interaction design and flow design skills
• Visual interface design skills
• Experience designing for multiple platforms – mobile apps & web, B2E, consumer software huge plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
