Job Description

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create and align a design strategy that puts our customer’s needs at front and center,
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
• Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web applications
• Identify key areas for products’ usability improvements based on customer experience and observations
• Participate in all stages of the product design and development lifecycle, including research, concepting and definition, prototyping, UI design, and testing.
• Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams and advocate for customer centered design practices.
• Develop guidelines for consistent user experience across all of product portfolio

Skills

• Relevent experience would be 4 to 8 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or equivalent professional experience)
• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions
• Experience in designing web and cloud products. Experience in designing mobile apps is a plus.
• Quick prototyping skills are a plus(HTML/CSS)
• Practical understanding of traditional and modern UX philosophies
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams on the value and importance of user centered thinking
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver etc
