Job Description

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Work with lead designer, copywriters and marketing team to produce final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Skills

• Proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (esp Adobe Suite)
• Demonstrable portfolio of illustrations and print collaterals
• Experience with web design with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Experience in motion graphics is a plus
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
