• Strong computer science, data structure and database concepts
• Ability to take a problem, analyze, design, educate team members on it and work with them to solve the problem with high quality and on time.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Java or similar programming language.
• Good Knowledge on Javascript frameworks like Angular, Backbone, Bootstrap & JQuery is a plus.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user research throughout release cycles.
• Stay on top of changing UX design technologies, as well as industry standards to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of design applications.
• Define best practices and create style guides to ensure high bar of quality.
• Help drive user testing efforts.
• Document and articulate intended user experiences through the use of presentation tools such as storyboards, workflows, wireframes etc.
• Understanding of iOS and Android visual conventions and interaction models/methods.Adoption of 100% agile/ SCRUM methodologies.
• Participate daily sprint stand ups.
• Good unit testing skills with proper test coverage.
• Participating in performance tuning/improvement.
