• Come up with creative design concepts and ideas by translating user requirements (end customer, partners, product teams or sales/marketing team) using appropriate front end technologies.
• Translate the User requirements, and UX into User interfaces that can be integrated with other software programs
• Analyze and code UIs for the products and services being developed
• Create demonstrable/clickable prototypes and front ends for new product ideas
• Support the marketing and social media teams with posters/designs from time to time

Skills

• Knowledge of Full-stack development
• Experience in UI development in a React/Node/Angular background
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Java, and SQL database development.
• Good understanding of Photoshop, Flash, Flex, and Illustrator from the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of Object-oriented programming
• Expertise in creating high performing and modular front-end code
• Extremely detail-oriented, high on aesthetics and a knack for design details
• Strong empathy for end-user experience
• Overall understanding of Agile methodology
• Self-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines and executing on fast iteration cycles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

• Lead an effort to dramatically update the visual & interaction design quality of our product. This involves working with our Brand, Product Designers, and Product Management to set direction and Engineers to implement changes
• Design a modern and thoughtful UI component library. Go beyond designing general UI components and design a full stack design system for data
• Work with Product Designers on other teams to provide them with thoughtful and actionable feedback on their visual & interaction designs to raise our bar for UI design.
• Work closely with Engineers to implement your designs at a high degree of quality.

Skills

• Highly refined visual, interaction and motion design skills and the ability to communicate rationale behind decisions
• Strong understanding of classic interaction design principles and how to use them
• Experience designing and shipping multi platform mobile and web apps and design systems.
• Ability to generate attractive ideas in a wide range of visual styles and high-fidelity interaction prototypes
• Good eye for detail. You value quality and polish in the work that you and your team produce
• Excellent self starter who can deeply collaborate with Engineers

Job Description

• Create and maintain high standards of creative designs and ensure that only the best work is released to advertisers
• Meet or exceed all organizational goals specific to the role
• Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric while following the brand style guides
• Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume designs are delivered in a timely manner
• Create user-centered designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets and Amazon design patterns into intuitive solutions
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on products, placements or tools utilized for creating and delivering various designs
• Present work to design teams, user experience teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback while staying customer obsessed
• Collaborate with peers and global stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive creative deliverables that are well-documented and ready for execution
• Assist in implementation of new design processes to support business initiatives and goals
• Independently manage escalations on routine tasks

Skills

• Intermediate/high proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory and an advance knowledge of how those principles work together
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced global online environment
• Expert understanding of graphic design and manipulation of graphic design elements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity
• Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines
