Job Description

• Manage cross-functional agile teams of UX Designers and Content Strategists and collaborate with UX Researchers to produce effective, delightful, and consistent interactive experiences
• Partner with UX leadership to align your business owners and engineering managers to evaluate success criteria and prioritize an efficient roadmap
• Oversee the creating, maintaining and optimizing of experiences within the technical constraints of both web and native app experiences and the principles and best practices of the UX Design organization
• Hire, develop, and manage the schedules and operational delivery of design teams, projects, and budgets, including vendors and freelancers, across multiple geographies, ensuring solid understanding and perspective on how design and technology impacts customer delight, efficiency and drives business goals
• Use qualitative and quantitative data from user research, clickstream, and business analysis to evaluate demonstrable improvements to design solutions
• Propose scientifically-sound experiments and iterative design release plans based on observations and hypothesis

Skills
