• Collaborate with the clients’ product management team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

• Execute all design stages from conceptualising user flows, wireframes, visual design, final hand-over to development team.

Skills

• Around 2-3 years of work experience with some client facing roles.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Good understanding of breakpoints and responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Great typographic and visual design skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Sketch / Photoshop / Illustrator skills and ability to learn anything new.
• The ability to estimate and manage time.
• The ability to lead and be a champion of visual design within the team.

Job Description

Prepare UI/UX wireframes and functionality requirement specification.

· Maintain and continuously optimize the UI/UX strategy for our entire product portfolio.

· Translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user workflows.

· Conduct user experience tests and defines the UI success metrics and parameters.

· Focus on Improving discoverability of products across the site

· Collaborate with all cross functional teams, in particular engineering, marketing and sales to build, launch and maintain the UI/UX of our products.

Skills

· 5+ years of professional experience as UX designer or/and product manager in a software company.

· Strong eye for design – UX and UI and ability to create simple and beautiful screens and user experience. Has a passion for elegantly designed products.

· Good written and oral communication skills.

· Candidates local to Odisha are preferred.
