• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Job Description

The UX Designer will be a part of our product innovation team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for or contribute to -

· Significant experience in UX design role, with a strong focus on driving user-centered design within a product development environment (preferably product based companies). Proven reference-able work of such design in true production run is mandatory.

· Apply UX design principles & concepts and develop wireframes ranging from paper-and-pencil to tool based UX visual designs and clickable prototypes.

· Create and communicate conceptual designs to drive product UX & CX direction and define the user interaction model and work flows for key tasks.

· Conceptualizing and designing of high impact interactive customer journeys.

· Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to enhance user experience.

. Understanding of multiple industries ,roles and device based design is required.

· Act as a problem solver with impressive interpersonal skills. Should possess the ability to build good working relationships with team members.

Skills

• Full time Degree in Interaction design from reputed institute
• Prior experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience as UX Designer
