Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• An ambitious portfolio showcasing market-leading user experience and visual design work
• Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ambitious 2-6 years doing UX work and solving complex experiences, and making them intuitive to the user.
• Proven Experience working from flows and wireframes through to final product.
• Rapid Prototyping experience a plus

Job Description

• Reviewing requirements gathered from client stakeholders, product managers, and exploring how these can be translated into a compelling design concept.
• Participating in collaborative brainstorming & sketching workshops alongside colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other UX designers to carry out user research, discovering the insights that will guide your concepts.
• Illustrating user journeys, personas and goals, information models and more.
• Drawing upon existing design standards and pattern libraries, as well as identifying opportunities to expand them where necessary.

• 2+ years of experience.
• You will have a degree or postgraduate qualification in Interaction Design, HCI, Product design or have had relevant work experience.
• You are adept at creating sketches to explore and communicate your ideas at an early stage.
• You have experience of using Axure or other commonly used prototyping tools like Balsamiq or Omnigraffle You can quickly develop competence in new software tools when required.
• Preferably, you'll have designed products and services with complex user interfaces.

• You are tirelessly enthusiastic and love championing user experience within an agile product development team.
• You understand the practical application of user-centred design and how to build engaging experiences.
