Job Description

Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design a variety of assets including social media designs, blog designs, landing page designs, animations, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, illustration, etc.

• Work on multiple projects in parallel while staying organized and meeting deadlines

• Help define and develop our brand narrative, style, and positioning

• Rapidly create sketches illustrations to visualize and effectively communicate your ideas

• Occasionally collaborate with the product team to design visual elements for the application

Job Description

• Deliver, review and critique the UX Designs of a multi-skilled design team to ensure effective and rich designs (great interaction, visual styling, consistent and appropriate use of voice and tone, etc)
• Work with Visual Designers and Developers to bring concepts to life while maintaining UX best practices
• Review and critique the final UI implementations.
• Act as ambassador for UX in general and the Micro Focus design system.
• Work with cross-functional roles to understand system requirements, user’s needs and behaviors for the industries in which they work.
• Participate in and lead UX activities (in person and remote) in an Agile environment such as user testing, user/design research, interviews and workshops.
• Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences for enterprise users.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in creating UX designs for enterprise use cases
• Profound understanding of design principles and their practical application to user interfaces
• Experience creating interactive prototypes
• Technical background of how user interfaces are built and the current state of technology particularly for single-app web interfaces
