Job Description

• Design and create industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
• Work closely with the creative director, design team, and writers to create compelling and engaging videos and motion graphics that reflect a brand-centric approach.
• Should be able to think of design concepts by looking at the content.
• Come up with concepts, ideas, and illustrations from the target audience's point of view.
• Think outside the box and create design solutions that work.

Skills

• Superb knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software
• A strong portfolio of motion graphics work
• A desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft
• Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
• 3D animation skills will be highly appreciated.
• Proficient with exporting different files types and sizes for multiple platforms

Job Description

• Collaboration with teams across discipline and business to understand and interpret requirements.
• You will also be working closely with Product and marketing owners, UX designers and developers to ensure quality of the user experience
• Work within brand guidelines and brainstorm to create layouts and graphics that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills.
• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to help create a best-in-class global product.

Skills

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with an ability to articulate requirements properly and clearly communicate across various stakeholders with diverse background
• Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (including but not limited to Figma, Canva, and Adobe CC)
• Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery
• Ability to translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and create scalable design language systems for typography, colour, components, and layouts.
