• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and specifications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, easy to use, and meet brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standard and delivered on time.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as IN Vision, Axure, or Marvel.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
