Job Description

• Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points
• Collaborating with cross‐functional teams such as product managers, and developers to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs
• Collaborating with the Team for Website designing, CRM & Application Designing
• Conducting heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the user interface.
• Creating and maintaining design documentation and design assets.
• Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and user research
• Ensuring consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface, including visual design, and interaction design.

Skills

• You have proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Adobe designing tools Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
• You have strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex design problems.

Job Description

• Work with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, product researchers, content designers, fellow designers) to drive design vision and strategy that meets the needs of our users.
• Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with product management, development, marketing, and the broader UX team, as an influential senior design leader of positive change.
• Run design thinking workshops and helping to guide, improve, and implement design and feedback processes.
• Being an active mentor for senior designers and helping lead critique, design reviews, and quarterly planning
• Understand and employ varying user research methodologies to make design decisions and validate your solutions.
• Drive user research and deliver research outcomes to the product teams and the management.
• Familiar with user journey to communicate their needs and expectations through low-fidelity wireframes
• Help shape and grow a user-centered mindset across the product organization.

Skills

• Expert knowledge of the end-to-end product design process, demonstrating a command of product strategy, distilling the jobs for a given user, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visual design.
• The ability to craft beautiful designs and delightful, practical, and usable experiences; you have strengths in visual design, interaction, and product design
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you can help your team and stakeholders understand the "why" behind your design rationale.
• Experience planning, conducting, and reporting on user research.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or XD.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and multi-cultural team environment.
• Comfort with working both collaboratively and autonomously in office and remote working environments.
