Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a focus on end-to-end UX design and delivering successful products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into the design process.
• Knowledge of design systems, including their creation and maintenance.
• High level of initiative and a “make it work” ethos to successfully bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision
• Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
