• Gather insights about customers from a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and surveys, etc.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to the appropriate stakeholders in the most engaging and actionable manner.
• Work closely with product teams to help them use research insights to make Groww better.
• Work closely with analytics and data science to tell a cohesive story about our product.
• Act as an internal evangelist for customer and product research

Skills

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for generative and evaluative research.
• Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Excellent research execution skills, including scoping, moderation, analysis, and synthesis.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong storytelling skills and an ability to frame insights into compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with developing or using product/marketing frameworks to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of research-related tasks, including recruiting participants, liaising with agencies, and partnering with various teams to collaborate on projects.

Job Description

• Design scalable, clear, transactional web-based product experiences
• Seek out and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional team members
• Proactively seek out and foster connections across product teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the user experience
• Create low- to high-fidelity mockups, content, detailed designs, and build interactive prototype to communicate and test concepts and ideas
• Plan and execute design research to develop new ideas and evaluate the usefulness and usability of product features
• Assist in the definition and creation of success criteria and metrics

Skills

• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
• Healthcare experience is not necessary, but experience designing for complex workflows is a plus
• Interest in developing a deep understanding of US healthcare
• Expertise with industry design tools like Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD
• Portfolio of work demonstrating strong user focus, graceful solutions to complex problems, clear, smooth, and efficient interaction design, and a superb attention to detail
