Job Description

• Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, including websites, social media campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Create and modify existing graphics, illustrations, and layouts to produce high-quality visual content.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Incorporate feedback from the team to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
