Job Description

• Ensure UX documentation is continuously updated and distributed to Engineering in a timely manner
• Help with UX artefact handoffs, like CSS metrics from prototypes, to Engineering
• Collaborate with project team members and clients to develop organisational concepts
• Translate concepts into effective user experience architectures
• Develop plans that production teams can use to help guide their work
• Collaborate on the development of a design system within Sketch
• Prepare UX documentation (site architectures, wireframes, use cases and task flows, etc.) to be used by the Engineering team
• Identify and implement opportunities to refine UX process

Skills

• Expert ability with Sketch
• A multidisciplinary educational background in disciplines such as psychology, computer science, information sciences, human/computer interface design or commerce/business are all helpful
• Keen to develop better knowledge of User Experience Architecture best practices and the tools used to create deliverable while meeting deadlines.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, site maps and user flows.
• Understand how to create and use personas and use case scenarios.
• Some knowledge of interpreting analytics, metrics, usability testing and user data.
• Great communicator with an eye for detail.
