Job Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, sales collaterals, ATL, BTL campaigns, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design strategies.
• Provide support in the design and execution of presentations and pitch materials.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
• Contribute ideas and creative input to enhance overall design concepts and strategies.

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design projects.
• Ability to create visually stunning and engaging graphics that align with brand aesthetics and appeal to the target audience.
• Familiarity with graphic & video requirements, formats, and best practices for various social media platforms.
• A knowledge of photography & production is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tight deadlines.
