• Develop courseware that aligns with the instructional objectives
• Apply UI Design best practices and techniques to provide excellent user experience
• Program the required learning interactions as per the storyboard
• Integrate different media elements to create a functional course
• Develop SCORM and 508 compliant courses
• Integrate and test courses in LMS
• Incorporate feedback
• Determine development timelines
• Team effectively with other roles
• Highlight risks as needed

Skills

• B.Tech/B.E. from a reputed college or related technical discipline with 2+years of experience in following Technology and programming methodology :
• Experience of designing User Interface mockups.
• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows.
• Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
• In-sync with recent design standards and trends.
• Good eye for details and aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
