Job Description

• Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves understanding client requirements and their needs before making design decisions.
• Designing for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications, and corporate identity, e.g. giving organizations a visual 'brand'
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's business objectives.
• Have a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Sr visual designer creates a road map, making sure guidelines are followed, & the expectation from a variety of customers are met
• Prior experience in managing a team.
• Work with a team of designers interns and copywriters on campaigns & larger projects
• Helping the team break down larger projects/tasks into smaller timelines & tasks, to make sure we are rolling out work on time.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Corel Draw.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
• A thoughtful questioner who thinks outside the box and knows when to push back vs. when to keep it moving.
• Lastly, should be an aggressive follower of brands and industry trends. Should spend considerable reading new digital marketing trends and also leadership content.
