Skills

• You are at ease with following and setting visual trends for digital products. You can define and drive a visual design language for engaging experiences.
• Have an exceptional portfolio of elegant mobile and web product designs that demonstrate your process and mastery in interaction + visual design
• Bachelor's degree in design-related discipline, or commensurate professional work experience as a designer
• You work best in a participatory, agile, lean, multi-disciplinary team. You can explain your design decisions and back them up with either evidence, research, or design theory
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Photoshop and Sketch
• Self-starter that doesn't require hand-holding and can tackle road-blocks independently
• Have business sense (know that design serves a purpose for the company)
• A knack for UI copy and persuasive writing is a plus

• Front-end programming knowledge is a plus but not required
