Job Description

Communicate the intended experience through artifacts such as concept maps and models, storyboards, sketches, wireframes, taxonomies, workflows and design specification Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to take projects from early business requirements to rapidly create and validate a product vision Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products Defend design choices using previous user research, heuristics and usability standards Lobby for and plan validation activities to ensure a delightful user experience Work closely with Design Researchers to understand stakeholders, users and the markets in which they operate Work closely with Visual Designers and Front-end developers to ensure intended experiences are carried through

Skills

• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
• Experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
