Job Description

Creating UI and visual designs and interactions for digital platforms, highly engaging eCommerce portals, across a range of platforms Create thoughtful and appropriate design solutions to digital challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements and technical constraints. Helping ensure designs meet accessibility standards and outputs adhere to all relevant policies and standards e.g. channel, brand, design language Facilitate internal and external feedback and vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, designing user stories, user personas, user journeys and mocking up user experiences for digital products Ensure brand and design standards are met on every project. Use prototyping and mockups to communicate new inspiring brand experiences.

Skills

• Proficiency with industry tools such as Sketch, Adobe, Figma and Invision to effectively deliver high quality design solutions
• You can understand the customer experience, and translate this into impactful and appropriate high-fidelity designs for digital products - Knowledge of visual-based design principles for digital, with an understanding and skills across colour, typography, branding, layout and visualisation
• Attentive to small details and meticulous in execution.
• Strong conceptual thinker, ability to think across multiple platforms of communication.
• Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of trends in web design and the digital space with the ability to discern applicable relevancies to our brand.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize own workload, and work independently when required.
• Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business' needs
• Be able to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
