Job Description

Conducting user research: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand user behavior and needs, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Analyzing data: Analyze user research data and synthesize insights to inform product design and development. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that research insights are integrated into product development processes. Creating research reports: Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Identifying opportunities: Identify new research opportunities and areas for improvement in the product development process. Staying up-to-date: Stay up-to-date with user research best practices, tools, and trends. What you will do every day: Daily pod stand-ups to deliver sprint outcomes Collaborating with Product Manager or Initiative Leaders Collaborating with users/customers to discover problem spaces for road mapping Analyzing the feedback of shipped solutions and iterating
