Job Description

Execute and drive multiple UXD projects by triggering deep business and user needs discussions with stakeholders (product managers, business unit heads etc) Deliver design value by applying the user-centered design methodology and processes. Plan and conduct primary and secondary research. Convert user insights into concept designs that are compelling and contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles. Design and manage all interaction design activities, including coordination with global designers. Present design decisions to the stakeholders backed up by solid experience in design principles and rationale. Lead other designers and guide them to deliver the best user experience. Guide them, review frequently, and set the bar. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality. Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for quality and timely project deliverables.

Skills

• Experience in designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems).
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation, and client relations skills.
• Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, and CEOs.
• A clear and compelling presentation style to inform and influence essential design decisions and maintain credibility.
• Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior and synthesizing insights into design.
• Be organized, showcase excellent time management skills, and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage own timelines efficiently while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.
