Job Description

Define research goals and objectives through discussions with client stakeholders. Investigate user needs, goals, tasks, and their impact on workflow. Evaluate usability through testing and report findings. Turn insights into practical design recommendations. Collaborate with different teams, sharing project progress and findings. Work with designers, product teams, and management to define product requirements. Contribute to research proposals, methods, and systems.

Skills

• Familiarity with consulting or corporate environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills (in PowerPoint and spoken form).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Factors, HCI, or a similar field.
• Bonus: Proven ability to lead multiple research projects and teams.
