Job Description

Working with the founder to design our product features & drive it towards the overall vision. Run design experiments at scale. Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work Being part of the overall design community to bring the best to our product and contributing back as well. Work with engineers to help translate design into actual product. Ability to perform closed group testing with handpicked users to test designs. Constantly innvoate in the direction of better design, faster iteration & path breaking experiences for users via documentation, processes, structures & anything else.

• Is able to operate with reasonable independence. We don't micro manage.
• Who aims to be a rockstar designer, growing with the company.
• Sees long term vision for self in building design teams & being part of multi disciplinary design.
