Job Description

Graphic Design Support: Assist the design team in the creation of various graphic assets, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials. Branding Assistance: Support the maintenance of the company's visual identity and branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across design projects. Design Development: Work collaboratively with senior designers to develop creative concepts and bring design ideas to life. Layout and Typography: Learn and apply principles of layout design and typography to create visually pleasing and well-structured materials. Image Editing: Gain experience in image editing and retouching for use in marketing materials. Digital and Print Design: Contribute to the creation of graphics for digital channels, such as website banners, email templates, and social media posts, as well as print materials. Project Support: Assist in managing multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and learning from the design process. Feedback Incorporation: Be open to feedback from team members and clients and make revisions to designs as necessary. Skill Development: Continuously improve your design skills and stay up-to-date with design trends and software through mentorship and training.

Skills

• Basic Design Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred but not required.
• Creativity: A passion for design and the ability to think creatively to solve visual problems.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
