• Partner with multi-discipline teams to identify user needs, define product strategy• Present a cohesive, convincing product/experience vision to internal stakeholders and clients• Lead a design team to turn vision into outstanding designs and prototypes• Oversee the project process to ensure a high-quality output at every phase• Inspire a culture of quality and design among designers• Play an active role in developing best-in-class product design practices• Manage and mentor designers to reach their maximum potential and do their best work

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Creative Field
• An exceptional portfolio of distinctive and relevant digital product and experience designs
• Experience leading teams of designers working at a product company or digital agency
• Strong written, visual and presentation skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
Dreamweaver, Prototyping tools, Browser debuggers, Invision
• Ability to lead and direct UX, iX, visual, and copywriting toward a common goal
• Collaborative team player who is proactive about soliciting and giving feedback
• Exceptional product ideas and outstanding design ability
• Passionate about technology with an ambition to create the future for YML and our clients
