Job Description

Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, and concept to launch. Contribute to strategic decisions with the product and executive teams. Design that is incredibly simple, elegant, and enjoyable for users. Work with the design and product team, give and seek feedback in order to continually raise our bar for quality. Collaborate directly with engineers and Product managers at every stage of a Product’s creation Ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process. Up-to-date with the latest Product Designer trends, techniques, and technologies. Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, and ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.

Skills

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototypes and UI/Visual Design, and site maps.
• User-centric approach to design and an understanding of various user research methodologies and how to apply research insights into product development
• Proficiency in a range of interaction design, visualization, and rapid design prototyping tools
• Passion for design and strong command of visual design capabilities, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Proven experience driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as Development, Test, Program Management, other designers, and research.
• Developed and documented detailed user experience specifications
• Designed portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and the delivery of solid end to end scenarios
• Ability to use humor and energy to keep the momentum going
