Job Description

Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons. Ideation and development of Product Design (UI) Create end-to-end visual's for Marketing, media and print collaterals such as brochures, ebooks, whitepapers, social media images, landing pages etc. Design motion graphics and animation effects. Good to have: Prior experience/ knowledge of storyboards, scenarios, and design prototypes. Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually. Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• Strong and flexible skills in visual, UI design.
• Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience designing motion graphics with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Good to have: Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and CSS.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, or a related design discipline
• Preferred: Prior startup experience
• A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level.
• Good to have:
• Designing original graphics
• Knowledge of design guidelines (material/ios)
• Up-to-date with industry design trends

• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
