Job Description

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user interfaces Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement and iterate on designs Ensure consistency in the visual elements of the user interface Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Translate wireframes and mockups into HTML/CSS templates Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design Assist in creating design guidelines and documentation Participate in design review meetings and provide constructive feedback Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Assist in optimizing user interfaces for performance and accessibility Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets and libraries Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Skills

• Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of responsive design and its implementation
• Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Ability to adapt to feedback and make iterations to designs
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodologies
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and processes
