Job Description

Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. A solid grasp of user-centred design and testing methodologies, subsystems and usability and accessibility concerns. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Ability to work effectively under time pressure and to manage ambiguity. Demonstrable experience in conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. Experience in developing and delivering responsive prototypes

Skills

• Proven UI experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage many complex projects
• Sync with the tech team and make sure the designs and layouts blend 100%
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping will be an added advantage

Job Description

Design creative and engaging art output for digital, social and print media. This would include brand identity, direct mail pieces, brand communication, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing collateral. Work on web graphics and UI design. Work with analytics to create info-graphics and other visual elements.

Skills

• Proficient in using designing software like Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Flash and video editing tools would be an added advantage.
• Should be creative and imaginative with the ability to draw and illustrate.
• Should have good communication and excellent time management skills.
• Should be organized, proactive and maintain high standards of quality.
• Should be flexible, responsive and be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Description

Ability to design high-impact, functional User Interfaces for web, mobile and other mediums Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with UXD team, developers and copywriters. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.) Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards. Ability to work independently is must
