Job Description

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that cause intuitive user experiences. Facilitate the client’s product vision and prescient by way of studying, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and consumer-trying out experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for an extensive range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions in selections related to core, and new, features and processes. Take a user-centered layout method and swiftly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with different team members and stakeholders. Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Skills

• Expertise in general UX software like Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and so forth is a must-have. Basic html5, css3, and javascript competencies are a plus.
• Must have experience working in Individual Contributor (IC) roles
• Experience in Agile product development.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Wonderful communication competencies, with an established track file of speaking with inner and external users.
• Be passionate about the use of UX layout to design solutions and have deep expertise in Mobile-first and responsive layout.
• A strong grasp of consumer-centered design (UCD), making plans and conducting user research, a/b testing, speedy prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Capability to iterate designs and answers efficiently and intelligently.
• Clean know-how of the significance of user-centered design and layout thinking.
• Be captivated with resolving consumer pain factors thru a first-rate layout. Be open to receiving remarks and constructive grievances. Be enthusiastic about all things UX and different areas of design and innovation. Studies and exhibits knowledge of the industry’s present-day trends and technologies.
