Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create collaterals for blogs, newsletters, website, outbound events and landing pages. Understand team’s needs and translate creative ideas/concepts into visually appealing narratives. Be an advocate for exceptional visual design and own the company’s brand

Skills

• A degree in Visual Arts/ Graphic Design/ Interactive Design/ UX. If you don’t have a degree in any of these disciplines and think you’re game, don’t shy away from applying for this position.
• Good understanding of typography and an eye for exceptional and original design.
• Unwavering command of design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and AfterEffects.
• Strong data visualization, exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Be bohemian, enthusiastic and have an ability to work well as part of a team. We believe teams build great companies, not individuals.
• Be courageous to try new things and stop doing things that don’t work.
