Job Description

Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to translate user requirements and business goals into exceptional design concepts. Assist in conducting user research and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences. Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas. Assist in the development of detailed design specifications and documentation for handoff to engineering teams. Support the design team in conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback to iterate on designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.

Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in product design principles and processes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• A passion for solving complex problems and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
