Build and improve the look and feel of the Venwiz website and modules Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts Account for interaction element of a design Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to Assess user experience

Skills

• Proficient with prototyping in Figma, Adobe Suite for other collaterals
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create responsive interfaces
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Professional written and interpersonal skills
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
• The ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages is a bonus.

Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Conduct research on how similar/competitor applications and develop wireframes based on user research and user needs Develop mockups and prototypes that illustrate the functionality, user flow, look and feel of sites and applications. Manage design from concept to delivery Work closely with engineering teams on feasibility, options, and handover of designs Prepare, present and take feedback on rough drafts from internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems like responsiveness. Make design adjustments based on user feedback

Skills

• Ability to strongly empathize with the end-users and build design solutions for web/mobile-based applications, create user storyboards
• Have a good understanding of user-centric design methodology
• Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe. cc/InVision/Figma/Adobe XD etc
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Team spirit & efficient communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
