Job Description

Translate wireframes into eye-popping designs, mockups, icons, and images that lead to intuitive user experiences on mobile, web, and IoT platforms. Play a vital role in creating the functional Design System for our entire product ecosystem. Apply platform UI style requirements such as material design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, etc., and document and maintain UI style standards. Design and produce visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and photos as required. Reinforce the brand through a visual language that includes color, type, layout, and motion. Collaborate with UI developers to deliver interactive products as good or better than their mockups. Deliver aesthetics, power, and usability in one package. Estimate design effort. Set targets and track progress against them. Mentor the design team whenever required. Coordinate deliverables with product and senior management. Review designs and provide constructive feedback. Ideate and innovate together with product management and UX design and research teams during design sprints and whiteboarding sessions. Create innovative design solutions that delight users and accomplish business objectives within engineering and budget constraints.

Skills

• Understand and apply visual design best practices.
• Understand and apply principles of contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity in UI design.
• Understand and balance requirements for usefulness, ease of use, aesthetics, discoverability, findability, learnability, and efficiency within a single product.
• Effective with pencil and paper or whiteboard design.
• Effective with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, etc.
• Ability to produce design assets with tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in UX design is a big plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js/Native an asset.
• Fluency in English language skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote setting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver on deadline.

Job Description

Collaborate with account strategists, digital creatives, and other team members to create video content that effectively drives results. Participate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming, and storyboarding for video projects. Collaborate with Creative Team in designing and creating boards, when required. Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions for creating motion graphics. Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design. Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.

Skills

• Proficient with Adobe suite like After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
• Comfortable with social media and collaboration/project management tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing his/her design and motion graphics skills.
• Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing a highly polished final product
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effortlessly collaborate with others, both internally and externally
