Job Description

Own the user experience end-to-end for the core product of Maximl Understand the technology use cases and create superior user experience for end users. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Conduct user research and champion ideas to build delightful user experiences. Collaborate with product, delivery, and engineering teams from concept to solution - UX guidelines, asset production, and bug fixes to ensure quality all the way to market. Provide mentorship for less experienced designers and interns. Scope design initiatives and manage/prioritize work items

Skills

• Preliminary education (B.Des/M.Des) in User Experience or Interaction Design and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with tech companies in consumer/enterprise space.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrates the ability to transform problem scenarios to stunning user-centric solutions
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture - Proficiency in Sketch or other tools to generate high fidelity designs.
• Experience in designing consumer-focused products. Prior experience on designing mobile platform is a plus.
• Someone who is a quick learner and enjoys challenges of a fast-moving environment
