Job Description

Generate working prototypes to communicate interaction and UI design concepts. Creatively develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts across multiple platforms with a focus on user interaction and experience. Design and format marketing collateral's that creatively promotes UWorld’s product message and brand positioning. Collaboration with marketing to create, communicate, and enforce company brand guidelines Creation of wire-frames/prototypes for web and mobile applications. Consult and Collaborate Work with the sales and marketing departments to create and edit ads (print and digital), brochures/collateral,logos,trade show materials, info-graphics. etc Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop prototypes for new feature sets or refresh existing ones Work closely with software engineers to ensure effective design implementation Explain complex UI concepts to non-designers and demonstrate working UI code to executive leadership and development teams Present and defend prototypes and key deliverables to peers and executives Work with other department(s) and product development teams as needed

Skills

• Experience designing websites and digital/print material.
• Experience with graphic and image-editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience working in CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience conveying ideas and concepts via sitemaps, storyboards, wire-frames, click-through prototypes, etc.
• Experience creating and enforcing brand standards and style guides.
• Experience creating and designing website wire-frames and landing pages.
• Proficiency in prototyping software, such as Sketch, Marvel, or In Vision Suite.
• Experience with design elements such as behavioral economics and analytical dashboards highly preferred.
• Experience in creating and editing instructional-type videos is highly preferred.
