Job Description

Ideate and design 360° content assets for a range of platforms including the website, emails and social media platforms A Data storyteller who can turn complex ideas into engaging graphs and charts Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling user centric digital advertisements for visually sophisticated audiences Coordinate cross-departmentally and internationally to collect information and assets as required for content production. Design external-facing content design assets for materials including research reports, marketing decks, one pagers, product fact sheets, web landing pages, and the ability to manage multiple versions for different audiences. Collaborate, ideate and create multimedia video content for inbound marketing efforts Create In-house graphics needs for other products/ departments

Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Adobe XD/Figma would be a plus.
• Motion graphics, animation, and video work with an understanding of UI/UX Design for web would be preferred.
• In depth understanding of typography, color and layouts.
• Up to date with recent design best practices and tools
• Have an interest in the data industry and willing to turn data into visually appealing creatives
• Collaborative individual who thrives working for an in-house design or marketing team and can efficiently handle multiple projects with ease.
• Can flawlessly execute designs that adhere to marketing best practices and established brand guidelines: Professional and authoritative without being stuffy or dry.
• A flexible & proactive approach, as well as being open to feedback when working with a team.

Job Description

Visualize and create designs that work- for the product, organization and most importantly, users. Investigate the product requirements and develop product flows, wireframes and prototypes. Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps. Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes. Partner with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities. Enhance the user interface experience through meticulous approaches as well as perfectly designed elements.

Skills

• Expertise in UX research, wireframing and prototyping, visual communication and information architecture.
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Figma, Zeplin, etc.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to accommodate challenges and inspire creativity.
• Ability to strive as a team player, yet equally brilliant as an independent professional too.
• Solid background in a technical stream and understanding of related concepts are an added advantage.

Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Create eye-catching social media posts Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphics designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to team leads Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback Adhere to our style standards on fonts, colours and images Build infographics and visualisations

Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Good understanding of user experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Good time-management skills
