Job Description

Designing and creating visually compelling websites that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Developing engaging social media graphics, including posts, banners, and advertisements, to enhance brand presence and engagement. Collaborating with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas for social media campaigns. Creating professional and visually impactful presentations for proposals, pitches, and client meetings. Ensuring all designs are optimized for digital platforms and adhere to best practices for web and social media. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Providing creative input and contributing to brainstorming sessions for new projects and initiatives. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines. Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design elements on websites and digital platforms.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is an advantage.
• A passion for creativity, design, and continuous learning.
