Job Description

Designing user-friendly and engaging interfaces. Creating detailed user flows to capture the complete user journey. Developing best-practice-driven interaction patterns. Applying design thinking principles to validate designs with users and stakeholders. Collaborating with Frontend Developers for the implementation of designs. Keeping abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and competitor design strategies. Participating actively in design reviews and iterations. Incorporating feedback to improve and refine design elements. Ensuring consistency in UI elements and style guides across all platforms. Assisting in usability testing and analyzing user feedback for design improvements.

Skills

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, and Zeplin, as well as prototyping tools such as Marvel or Protopie.
• Solid understanding of wireframing, storyboarding, and user flow creation.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and UI libraries like Material UI.
• Experience with user testing, research, and design validation methodologies.
• Ability to apply design thinking to create adaptable user interfaces for various platforms (web, iOS, Android).
• Deep understanding of design thinking principles and their applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles to ensure designs are universally usable.
• Understanding of API design principles and the implications of HTML/CSS/JS on design implementation.
• Experience in user-centered design practices and methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile setups and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven application of design thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity.
