Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements. Design intuitive user interfaces and journeys that are visually appealing and easy to use. Create wireframes and high-resolution mock-ups using Figma. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across multiple form factors.

Skills

• Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with wireframing, creating user flows, and creating high-resolution mock-ups.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
