Job Description

Follow a user-centric design process to create delightful experiences that solve our customers’ key problems Collaborate with UX research, product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are feasible, effective, and meet business requirements Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate design concepts and enable user testing Manage the design process from ideation to implementation and ensure design quality and consistency across all products and platforms Establish and maintain design guidelines and design systems that streamline the design process and maintain consistency across products and platforms Mentor and train junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices and methodologies

Skills

• Experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a user-centered design approach
• Proven experience leading design projects while collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
