Design and develop websites that meet the needs of our clients and users Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and project managers, to develop and execute website projects Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the user experience Optimize websites for performance, including page speed and accessibility Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
