Job Description

Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and prioritize design efforts. Design intuitive and elegant interfaces that effectively communicate product functionality and enhance user engagement. Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights. Champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization and advocate for the importance of UX in product development. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies is preferred.
